This week has been incredible! I have loved being able to serve in the Rainbow Valley YSA Ward! It is so much fun. The members in our Ward have been so willing to help out for so many things! We just love it here!
Our area is flourishing! We have 4 new investigators this week!
Our investigator, Stephen Kung, told us that the Church isn't for him. He ran into an ex-Mormon while he was in Utah. Go figure. However, his fellowshipper, Steve Clemmons, told us that they were having dinner in your home this weekend? If that's true, we really appreciate that.
Our investigator Carol is great, but we found out that she is 32 years old on Sunday, so that is a bummer! She leaned over to me during sacrament and said, "The Spirit of God led me here this morning." It was so great to hear that!
Holly Engel is Fantastic!!! She is still on date for November 5th! She told her parents that she is getting baptized and they flipped out. However, she said, "I don't really care, I know it's true, so if they kick me out; it won't affect me." I was really happy to hear that!
I have such a strong testimony this week of working hard. I loved President Uchtdorf's talk on faith during the women's broadcast. I loved the "Fourth Floor, Last Door" part of it, because it has really motivated me to be better! I am thankful for the hard work that I have done this last week, and I know that it is because I am doing my best that the Lord blesses me.
